Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of ailabelremover.net and the AI Label Remover tool. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
What the tool does
AI Label Remover reads the metadata in photos and videos you choose (C2PA Content Credentials, IPTC, XMP and EXIF), shows it to you and gives you a copy without the parts you pick. It runs in your browser: your files stay on your device, and the image and video data is copied without change. The Privacy Policy explains this in detail.
The tool removes data stored in the file. It does not change pixels, so it does not remove watermarks drawn into the picture, and it does not decide how a platform labels a post. Platforms also label content based on the picture itself or on your own disclosure.
Your files
You keep all rights to your files. We never receive them, so we do not store, use or share them.
Use the tool on files you own or have the right to edit. You are responsible for how you use the clean copies, including:
- following the rules of the platforms you post to, including their rules on disclosing AI-generated content;
- following the terms of the apps that made your files;
- not using clean copies to deceive people, for example by passing off an AI-generated image of a real event or a real person as genuine, or to commit fraud.
Free service
AI Label Remover is free and has no accounts. We can change, limit or stop any part of the service at any time.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to read every common format correctly, but we do not guarantee that every file is supported or that the service is uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your original files.
Intellectual property
The website, its text, design and code are ours and protected by copyright and other laws. Sample images on the site were made for this site.
Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- use the service in any way that breaks applicable law;
- attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to its systems;
- copy the site or its code to offer a competing service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to these Terms
When we update these Terms, the date at the top of this page changes.
